The Canadian Institute of Technology is licensed to open bachelor’s programs by Decision of the Council of Ministers no. 781, dated 10/11/2011 “On the licensing of the ‘Canadian Institute of Technology’ “. While in 2012, by order of the Minister of Education no. 487, dated 10/18/2012, “CIT” received the license for the opening of the second cycle programs.
On December 2, 2016, through orders no. 564, 565, 566, 567 of MoEYS, “CIT” was also licensed for the opening of four new programs, two in the first bachelor’s cycle and two in the second cycle, master of sciences. Also, during September 2021, two new programs were opened, namely through the order no. 359 of MAS, dated 17.09.2021, the Master of Science program in “Business Information Technology” and order no. 345 of MAS, dated 17.09.2021, Master of Science program in “Digital Marketing”.
In the academic year 2022-2023, the institution has applied for the opening of several new programs, of which the following programs have been licensed according to the MAS order no. 340 dated 06.07.2023, for the opening of the Bachelor program in “Robotic and Mechatronic Engineering”; the order no. 383 dated 18.07.2023, for the opening of the Bachelor program in “Electronic Engineering”.
The institution recently received by the order of MAS no. 351, date 09.07.2024, the new license for opening of the Bachelor program in “Artificial Intelligence and Data Science”, for the academic year 2024-2025
